Those who brave the edge at Poin Panama will have to wear a suit and receive instructions on how to suspend themselves over the ledge on the 36 floor.
Swing: feel the adrenaline flowing through your veins as you enjoy the views while swinging on top of one of the tallest buildings in Panama City. An instructor will place all the security measurements as you go on the platform and get on the seat of the swing. This experience at Poin Panama takes one minute.
360 Crystal Floor: this is the first crystal floor in Panama City and the most iconic one in Central America. See cars passing below on the Cinta Costera road while you enjoy the panoramic views of the city. This activity at Poin Panama is done on the 37 floor. There are two areas of the crystal floor where visitors can spend five minutes in each one. This is a great place for photos! Head to the eight floor after the experience for a virtual tour with 360 glasses.
Zipline: this is the only canopy zipline within Panama City. The canopy zipline is done on the 37 floor from one edge to the other of the building. Security instructions will be conducted prior to the experience. Feel the adrenaline rush as you fly over Panama City.

Important information: visitors must be 15 minutes prior to their reservation. Cancellations are permitted with a 24 hour notice, otherwise there will be no refunds. Cell phones or selfie sticks are not permitted when performing the activities. All of these activities can be performed by people over the age of 15. Those between 15 and 18 must have adult supervision. Poin Panama activities are not suitable for pregnant women. Participants cannot be drunk. Smoking or use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed.
Restrain yourself from eating prior to the activities. All of these activities are not suitable for people with vertigo or fear of heights. Activities take 30 minutes and can be done in a schedule from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. It is possible to reserve individual activities or to book the complete package which takes an hour. Poin Panama has strict security measures and liability insurance.
