Discover Scuba Diving Contadora is the perfect experience for those who are a bit unsure about how they would feel underwater. Or perhaps you want to try scuba diving but don’t have time to get the full Scuba Diving Certification in Contadora?
Discover Scuba Diving Contadora requires no previous experience. All you need is reasonable physical conditions and to be able to swim. You will receive training on the basics of scuba diving including how to use your diving equipment and signals before heading out into the sea. This dive can be done from shore or from a diving boat. Your divemaster will take you to a place with calm and shallow waters where you will do one immersion with a maximum of 25 feet.

What to bring? bathing suit, beach clothes, change of clothes, towel, rain jacket or waterproof bag (green season), sunscreen, hat, ID, cash (there is NO ATM on the islands), water bottle and GoPro with scuba case.
Important information: there is a two person minimum for the tour or its equivalent cost. Other passengers may join the tour. There is a 24 hour minimum required to change the date of the tour. Cancellations done a week before receive reimbursement. Discover Scuba Diving Contadora starts from Contadora island so you must take the Ferry to Contadora or fly to Contadora.
Please note that Discover Scuba Diving Contadora will not give you a diving certificate. It is possible to get your scuba diving certification in Contadora if you have three days to spend on the island.
