Panama is one of the best countries for growing cacao which is used to make chocolate. You will learn about the cacao and the process required to process, dry and roast its pods to make chocolate.
Nomé Chocolate is a high end artisanal chocolate boutique and factory located in Casco Viejo. They make bonbons with flavors that vary including pistacho, sweet potato, orange, hibiscus, pineapple and more. During your Panama chocolate making class you will be making bars with toppings that you can add to your liking. This is a fun and tasty activity to do for children and adults. Sample chocolates and take your bar home.
